案例LOC占地面积120000平米,包含5个车型40JPH,通过合理规划搭建了“三横两纵”的输送线,并通过分类立体仓库(大件,小件,发动机,变速箱等)满足多车型的存储要求。首次使用排序“线边仓”的概念,提升了机器人排序的效率和使用面积。 LOC Case covers an area of about 120,000 sq.m,it contains 5 types 40 JPH, building a 'three horizontal two longitudinal’ conveyor line ,and it can meet the storage requirements of multiple models by classifying auto-stereoscopic warehouse. It is the first time to apply sorting line and improve sorting efficiency and area usage.

客户仓库面积13000平米,零件种类4560种,安吉iValon系统对接用户订单系统后,所有资源调度与业务流程的推进均由iValon主导,所有的数据流也由系统创建并维护,无需人工介入,员工只需要在系统的指示下,完成商品从货架上拣选,扫码,装箱等动作,订单完成后显示屏显示已完成。另外,采用移动货架机器人系统不需要再额外空出人行通道或叉车/拖车通道。 The warehouse covers an area of about 13,000 sq.m,with 4560 kinds of materials. The integration of ANJI iValon system with the user order system enables all resource scheduling and business processes promoted, and all data streams are created and maintained by the system without manual intervention. The employee only needs to complete the selection, code scanning, packing from the shelf with the instruction. Once the order is completed, the display shows that it has been completed. Besides, no additional space is required for pedestrian or forklift/trailer access once adopting mobile shelf robot system.
